A certificate on one of our outbound fax gateways had expired; it&rsquo;s been renewed and the gateway is back in service. Faxes sent between 04:20 and 04:31 UTC didn&rsquo;t go through, so please send them again. We&rsquo;re sorry for the disruption.</p> <p><em>Identified</em> - We&rsquo;ve traced the failures to one of our outbound fax gateways and are routing traffic away from it.</p> <p><em>Investigating</em> - Outgoing faxes are failing for Notifyre customers. Faxes you send now won&rsquo;t go through, and we&rsquo;ll update this page as soon as we know more. Receiving faxes is not affected.</p>
