Resolved - Faxes are sending normally again. A certificate on one of our outbound fax gateways had expired; it’s been renewed and the gateway is back in service. Faxes sent between 04:20 and 04:31 UTC didn’t go through, so please send them again. We’re sorry for the disruption.
Identified - We’ve traced the failures to one of our outbound fax gateways and are routing traffic away from it.
Investigating - Outgoing faxes are failing for Notifyre customers. Faxes you send now won’t go through, and we’ll update this page as soon as we know more. Receiving faxes is not affected.
